Yes. GBR Built holds a current NSW Builder’s Licence and operates with full public liability and contract works insurance across all project types. You can verify our licence details through NSW Fair Trading at any time.

Every project is different, which is why we provide a detailed, fixed-price quote before any work begins. There are no hidden extras and no nasty surprises, just a clear, transparent breakdown of costs from day one.
Timelines vary depending on the scope of work. A granny flat typically takes 12–16 weeks, a bathroom renovation 3–5 weeks, and a new home build 6–12 months. We’ll give you a realistic program upfront and stick to it.
Yes. GBR Built manages the full approval process, including Development Applications (DA) and Complying Development Certificates (CDC), so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork. We coordinate with councils, certifiers and planners on your behalf.
Minor variations can usually be accommodated. We discuss any changes openly, provide a variation quote for your approval, and update the contract accordingly, so there’s never any confusion about cost or scope.
